Serendipity 3 Chocolatress Shampoo & Conditioner Review (Sort Of)
Yup. Another. Would've left it for tomorrow (and I technically have), but I ate less than two 'n' a half hours ago and thus, may not fall asleep. Soooo behind on training x_X;;;.

But, yeah. This review is for the chocolate-scented shampoo I ordered. Name above. What a waste of cash XD.

The second shampoo&conditioner-in-one I've ever used in my life. The one before this was Denorex. And although I loved the menthol effect in that one, it had a tendency to dry out of my hair and make it frizz. Usually, I buy shampoo and conditioner in separate containers so I could use the extra conditioner as needed.
But Chocolatress is very good about this problem. Better than Denorex, at least.
It doesn't dry out my hair. Even the ends (where my hair gets dry the most) aren't as stiff as they usually are.
Actually, my hair really does feel a lot softer, too. Just not miraculously so. And my goal isn't to have silky hair; I want my hair to smell like chocolate.
So, the reason I bought this shampoo was because of a single review (actually, the only review I could find, really) of it that stated that one could have their hair smell like chocolate up to 12 hours after use. If you see this review somewhere...
Don't listen to it. It lies. Serendipity 3's shampoo's chocolate scent is subtle enough that you can barely notice it when you sniff straight from the tube. After washing your hair in it, the slight fragrance lasts just about until your hair dries. Maybe even less than that.
This could be a good thing, since then your natural hair scent has more of a chance of coming through. But, well, we all know what I want my hair to smell like.
So, conclusion: this shampoo-conditioner combo is pretty much useless to me (who is looking for chocolate-scented shampoo).
Am currently ordering a new shampoo to test. And, yeah, I'm planning to finish this one just to not be wasteful, but I'm pretty disappointed by this shampoo. Oprah backed it? Well, she also backed A Million Little Pieces. Ugh.
